Cut off the green leaves of the strawberries and discard. Rough chop the strawberries and add to the blender.
Add the milk to the blender and blend until well combine, approximately 8-10 seconds or until desired consistency
Place your sifter over the matcha bowl or a small bowl. Add your match powder on to the sifter then use your teaspoon to press the powder through to prevent clumps.
Remove the sifter and add 1/4 cup of hot water(165 degrees is the ideal temperature)
Using a bamboo whisk, use an "M" or "W" motion to whisk until frothy. If you do not have a bamboo whisk, use a small whisk or an electric milk frother to blend.
Once the matcha is frothy, add your sweetener and stir
In a glass, add 1 cup of ice then add the milk and matcha. Stir with a straw or a spoon to blend. Enjoy
